It was a beautiful spring day so we decided to go for a walk at Mt. Tabor. I'd been dying to get my hands on some Tabor Bread, so we decided to stop here first. There was a small line, but it moved quickly and we were able to snag a table with no problem. My daughter and I both went with a garlic cheddar bagel with herby cream cheese. The bagels here are some of the better bagels in the city - nice and crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. The herby cream cheese had big chunks of dill and green onion, it was very flavorful with a little drizzle of olive oil. My husband went with their Belmont breakfast and bagel and seemed to really enjoy it. We also shared a sweet brioche which was half cherry and half lemon on a beautiful and fluffy brioche. Their pastry case is hard to resist, so don't! I also got their tiramisu latte, which was probably the best latte I've had all year (and I've had a lot). It had the perfect amount of chocolate and a little smear of mascarpone. Definitely worth grabbing a coffee here! We will definitely be pairing this spot with future Mt. Tabor walks. I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

This was a great neighborhood spot. The line was fairly long, which was a testament to their products. It was pretty busy but service felt quick. They had quite the selection of breads, bagels, sandwiches, and beverages. The prices were pretty high, but business was boomin' and they're clearly doing things right! Thanks Tabor Bread for a good experience.

Local flour, organic sugar, sourdough (good for digestion) croissants, bread, sandwiches, desserts. I think if you want a treat, this place offers the healthiest options available in town. They're on the expensive side but you expect these prices for the high quality of ingredients. They're very friendly too!

Good quality ingredients, great flavor profiles with all their baked goods. A big plus is they also sell bread starters if you are looking to home bake. There were a few sandwiches on the menu and it looked really good and a grab and go sandwich which is nice if you are in a hurry. The space was great to meet up and have coffee and pastries with a friend. Also great to sit and work a little if you needed to.

This place is phenomenal! Oh my goodness the line does not lie! Love that they do have some indoor seating and luckily we got in during a time there was space to sit inside. Ordered a donut and mom's chicken sandwich. I could have had easily ordered one of each pastry honestly. The staff was so friendly and they warned me it would be about a 20 minute wait for my sandwich and it definitely did not take that long and worth the wait. The donut was unlike any donut I've had before. Not overly sweet at all and the dough was almost like sourdough? Hard to describe you just have to try it trust me. Mom's chicken sandwich was incredible!!! Warm bread with a nice chew. Tangy cranberry sauce and potato chips inside. Game over. I can't wait to come back again and again!

Revisited again after many years and I think they've changed their location? The inside is modern yet so cozy and cute. We came to grab a country loaf but was gifted a huge Berry Donut which we enjoyed. The glaze on the donut was so gourmet and delicious. You can taste the berries for sure and the donut was not sweet at all. The dough almost even had a savory hint to it. Would love to dine in sometimes soon!

I finally got to visit Tabor Bread in their new location at the corner of Belmont and 45th! They've been there for a while now (since Jan 2023), but I had only visited them at farmers markets for the past little while. Their new spot is super cute. It's got big windows, it looks like there's plenty of space for baking in the back, and it's got cute decorations throughout. There is a bit of both indoor and outdoor seating. They still make some of my favorite breads and pastries in the city!
